Let me prove my words: we booked a tour to Hermanus to watch the whales but unfortunately we couldn’t leave hotel in time so we were late for our boat tour. High season, everything is fully booked. Che not only calmed us down but he managed to put us on another whale watching tour. Meanwhile he kept negotiating with the company we booked initially (less people on the boat) and he managed to squeeze us into their next tour! So trust me, Che always has a plan for you, he knows how to make it work and he’s all ears to your wishes. He is very flexible in itineraries, our next trip was a wine tasting tour, he was changing the itinerary right during the tour according to our wine tastes and wishes! That’s amazing! I wish he would teach all other tour operators worldwide how to do business 🙂 the best of the best, I’ve already visited 63 countries and can swear I haven’t met better service ever!!! Che knows the best and most beautiful locations to share them with you.
We also did a tour to Langa township - it’s absolutely safe and we were able to see the real side of life there. People there are so kind and friendly, just very poor. It was a deep immersion into their culture, history and traditions. Come and judge on your own, don’t miss this experience.

Che put the itinerary together for us and he didn't disappoint; also, communication was excellent. What we especially liked was that the total cost included most entry fees to attractions so that just made the experience seamless without us having to worry about that. We felt totally safe at all times (I was worried about that before going); local knowledge was extensive and overall service was really good. While planning, Che (the owner) was very attentive to what we wanted, suggested other sites that we may want to see and actually communicated with us, often. He and his team went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time, sometimes changing the itinerary slightly because we were off-schedule. Che personally saw that my husband and I were taken care of, at a moment's notice, on our 9 hour lay-over back through Cape Town a week later. He was very punctual and professional from the get go. We had a lovely day that was jam packed with thing from boat trips to cape point and much more. Che himself was incredibly knowledgeable about not only the places we visited but also the history of south African in general. He was so enthusiastic about what he was doing it really made for a great experience for me and my wife. Little detail that made it were when he pulled over after noticing some people on the side of the road with cameras pointed out to the water. We stopped and managed to get a great view of some whales swimming in the cove. I would highly recommend wanderer.

They are very straightforward and make it easy for you through the booking and payment... read more process. My guide Rafique was very knowledgeable and helpful. He shows up on time and works with your schedule, he even offered to take photos using his phone and then sent them to my WhatsApp.He also has a great sense of humor. Che and Quaanita are very organized. They even made reservations in restaurants and organized transport at no extra cost.

I highly recommend them and will use them over and over again.
