He and his team went out of their way to ensure that everyone had a great time, sometimes changing the itinerary slightly because we were off-schedule. Che personally saw that my husband and I were taken care of, at a moment's notice, on our 9 hour lay-over back through Cape Town a week later. What we especially liked was that the total cost included most entry fees to attractions so that just made the experience seamless without us having to worry about that. He shows up on time and works with your schedule, he even offered to take photos using his phone and then sent them to my WhatsApp.He also has a great sense of humor. Che and Quaanita are very organized. They even made reservations in restaurants and organized transport at no extra cost.
