Terms and Conditions
A minimum of 50% deposit is needed to confirm a booking and the balance no later than 14 days prior to the service.
Online bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance. We reserve the right to cancel any bookings done within 48 hours of requested service.
Our Commitment to Ensure your Safety
Wanderer Tours and Travel outsources our vehicles from only the best industry suppliers and all vehicles come with passenger liability and relevant permits.
All vehicles have a first aid kit on board for Emergencies
Wanderer Tours and Travel makes use of freelance drivers and tour guides. This allows us to cater to the client’s needs and use services based on performance and client satisfaction.
All drivers are in possession public driving permits
All tour guides are certified by the National department of tourism.
For smaller tour groups your tour guide will be your driver and thus have both the certification and public driving permit.
Unfortunately, we are not in control of the weather, natural disasters or unnatural disasters such as accidents and road closure incidents which can affect the itinerary and/or times of the service delivery on the day. Clients will always be informed of this and alternate arrangements to the same monetary made.
Wanderer Tours and Travel is not responsible for any lost or damaged property.
More than 14 days’ notice of cancellation 10% cancellation fee.
Less than 14 days 50% cancellation fee.
Less than 7 days 100% cancellation fee.
Should Wanderer Tours and Travel have to cancel a booking the client will be refunded in full.
Should any part of a tour be cancelled by the operator which is out of our control an alternative to the same value will be offered or a full refund will be given for that specific activity.
Wanderer tours and travel is a Cape Town tour operator and as part of our service we will assist clients with the booking of accommodation, dining and activities. In these cases, we are subject to the terms and conditions of that establishment or operator.
