Every rental condition below must be accepted online before your booking is confirmed.
- Mileage: 200 km per day included. Additional km charged at R10/km, settled on return.
- Damage excess: R6,500 payable on any damage, loss or third-party claim, regardless of fault.
- Refundable holding deposit of R3,500 pre-authorised at collection; released within 7 working days of a clean return.
- Fuel: delivered full, returned full. Refuelling fee + fuel cost applies if returned short.
- GPS-tracked vehicles. Fines, tolls and speeding violations transferred to the driver. Non-residents settle in cash at drop-off.
- Valid driver's licence (held ≥ 2 years), minimum age 21. International licences require English translation or IDP.
- No unpaved / gravel roads, off-road, beaches, cross-border travel (without written consent), racing or hire/reward use.
- No smoking or pets. R2,500 deep-clean fee applies for breaches.
- 24-hour rental cycles from pickup time. Late return incurs a full extra day after a 60-minute grace period.
- Cancellations: full refund > 72 hrs before pickup; 50% within 72 hrs; no refund inside 24 hrs or no-shows.
- Card on file may be charged for any outstanding fines, tolls, fuel, cleaning, excess or damage after return.
